Right on the heels of Will Butler’s solo album Policy, another Arcade Fire member Tim Kingsbury has announced the formation of a new project called Sam Patch. According to the fan site Arcade Fire Tube, Kingsbury — who plays both guitar and bass for the Reflektor crew — will be joined by Arcade Fire drummer Jeremy Gara and singer/songwriter Basia Bulat in some capacity. The new project has yet to announce a release, but Kingsbury will play a show on August 27 as part of Montreal’s Passovah Summer Fest.
