Iggy Azalea took the “I dunno, I just work here” stance in a recent Twitter conversation where a fan asked her why her promised Song of the Summer with Britney Spears, “Pretty Girls,” hasn’t in fact become the inescapable track hit it was advertised to be at its premiere.
Iggy tweeted, “Its difficult to send a song up the charts without additional promo and tv performances etc, unfortunately I’m just featured.” (Translation: It’s not my fault. My forced Valley Girl accent certainly had zero to do with it.)
Later, when media outlets picked up her tweet, Iggy got a tad defensive, calling her statement “factual.” “it applies to any song. I dont have to suck the womans asshole 24/7 to be her friend, do i? bye girls.”
Well, there’s a visual.
