Florence + the Machine Will Replace Foo Fighters as Glastonbury Headliner

Florence Welch’s foot must have healed by now, because Florence + the Machine have been booked to replace Foo Fighters headlining spot at the upcoming Glastonbury Festival. This comes after lead Foo Dave Grohl’s tumble offstage last week at a show in Gothenburg, Sweden, where he broke his leg and was subsequently forced to cancel all remaining European tour dates. Florence’s Glastonbury set was originally slated to happen before Foo Fighters’, but NME reports that they’ve been bumped up from subheadliners to headliners. New set times can be found here.
