Beat Happening’s Calvin Johnson Is Auctioning Off Two Pairs of ‘Punk’ Pants

Listen up, vintage voyagers: If you’ve ever wanted to purchase a pair of your favorite musician’s jeans (as opposed to their red sneakers), then today’s your lucky day: Beat Happening and K Records founder Calvin Johnson is selling two pairs of his used “’80s punk” jeans on eBay, which, according to the listing, were worn “to punk shows in Olympia, Portland, Tacoma, Seattle, New York, Washington DC, Tokyo, and around the world.” At the moment, the hole-riddled Levi’s 505s and 501s are going for about $20.50 and $51, and there are about nine days left to make your bid. Not a bad deal, considering how expensive they could be. [h/t Stereogum]
