This week Miley Cyrus shared a couple of backyard performances in support of her new LGBT youth charity Happy Hippie and yesterday she put out another special stripped down session. The Bangerz star teamed again with Laura Jane Grace and Atom Willard from Against Me!, this time for a surprisingly cheerful rendition of their Transgender Dysphoria Blues anthem “True Trans Soul Rebel.” The band trades the original version’s heaps of distortion for steel-stringed acoustics, but they still manage to maintain the driving spirit of original.
