Brandon Flowers’ ‘Lonely Town’ Video Brings Voyeurism to Life

By now, we’ve already gotten a sense of what Killers frontman Brandon Flowers‘ upcoming sophomore solo album, The Desired Effect, is going to sound like based on teases such as the synth-heavy “Can’t Deny My Love” and the ooey-gooey “Still Want You.” Produced by Ariel Rechtshaid — who else in 2015? — the album will also feature Flowers’ new one, “Lonely Town,” for which there’s a creepy new video (above) that follows a girl dancing around an empty house armed only with her Walkman. That bothersome ending alone is worth the view. Pick up The Desired Effect on May 19 via Island.
