Jamie xx, one-third of minimalist pop trio the xx, will release a new full-length album this June. Mixmag reports in a recent cover story that In Colour will include the 2014 singles “Girl” and “Sleep Sound” and feature collaborations with fellow electronic mastermind Four Tet and xx bandmate Romy Madley Croft. The LP will be the producer’s solo debut, following 2011’s joint effort with soul and spoken-word legend Gil Scott-Heron, We’re New Here.
