As was foretold by the computers many moons ago, PC Music is behind some of the most intriguing music of the year so far, what with A. G. Cook’s “Doing It” remix, his solo single, “Drop FM,” and GFOTY’s “Cake Mix.” Now Felicita is getting in on the action with “Tails,” a sprightly tune with — what else? — pitched vocals, childlike lyrics, and deceptively simple melodies that spiral out before launching upward again.
