Sleater-Kinney officially released their long-awaited eighth album No Cities to Love yesterday, and to commemorate the occasion, they swung by Conan for a performance. The trio played the new LP highlight (and top 50 catalog entry) “Surface Envy,” in a typically blistering rendition that seemed to get Big Red pretty pumped. (Pity the group’s poor extra live guitarist, though, shunted off to the left, not even considered for a post-gig Conan hug.)
Watch above, and…well, you’ve heard No Cities to Love by now, right? Yeah, it’s technically only been out for a day, but c’mon. You’re running out of excuses.
