Rock in Rio USA 2015 Lineup: Taylor Swift, Metallica, No Doubt, and More

Charli XCX, Bleachers, Sam Smith, and Bruno Mars round out the inaugural festival's roster

The inaugural Rock in Rio USA lineup has been announced. Occuring over two consecutive weekends in May (from May 8 through May 9 and then from May 15 through May 16), the Las Vegas fest — which has also held shows Brazil, Lisbon, and Madrid — will feature a rock-heavy lineup in its first weekend, including Metallica and No Doubt as headliners, plus appearances from Deftones, the Pretty Reckless, Linkin Park, Foster the People, Gary Clark Jr., Coheed and Cambria, Rise Against, Sepultura, and Bleachers. The second weekend will be of a poppier persuasion, with Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Sam Smith, Charli XCX, Empire of the Sun, John Legend, Jessie J, Tove Lo, and Mikky Ekko.
