Panda Bear has unveiled a new mini-documentary called Greeting the Reaper, which chronicles a number of things, the most prominent of which is the actual creative process behind recording his latest album, Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper. Depicting the Animal Collective member and his co-producer Sonic Boom — the former Spacemen 3 member Pete Kember — assembling the album together in Lisbon, the Sam Fleischner-directed doc shows the guys noodling around in the studio, casually pontificating on the couch, and visiting rhinos at the zoo, among other things.
