It seems we’re now firmly in the thick of festival announcement season, as New York City’s Governors Ball Music Festival has just announced its lineup for 2015. Much like this year’s Coachella, the event will be headlined by Drake, but other top tier musicians on the bill include Deadmau5, Florence + the Machine, the Black Keys, Lana Del Rey, My Morning Jacket, and Björk.
Governors Ball will be held once again at Randall’s Island Park in Manhattan from June 5 through June 7. It’s a pretty eclectic lineup: “Weird Al” Yankovic makes a surprising but welcome appearance, as do festival mainstays like St. Vincent, Ratatat, Chromeo, the War on Drugs, A-Trak, Future Islands, Rudimental, and Little Dragon.
Lower on the lineup — but just as esteemed in our hearts — Governors Ball has stuffed their three-day extravaganza with buzzy acts such as Gorgon City, Kiesza, Charli XCX, Marina & the Diamonds, ASTR, Benjamin Booker, Mø, Vance Joy, Sharon Van Etten, and more. Check out the entire lineup below.
