Stream Joey Bada$$’ Forward-Marching New Single ‘On & On’

The latest cut from 'B4.Da.$$' pokes its head out just before the New Year

Just a couple of weeks into 2015, New York rapper Joey Bada$$ will finally release his long-awaited debut studio LP B4.Da.$$, and as if to assure that it’s really happening, he’s been trickling out new songs every week or two from the project. Following “Curry Chicken” and “No. 99,” today we have the Maverick Sabre and Dyemond Lewis-featuring “On & On,” another sublimely meditative number with knocking drums, gently anchoring bass and some serious ’90s throwback artwork.

“Stayed humble but I knew that I was first though,” Joey promises with typical self-assuredness, already a vet before his first proper album. Listen below, and don’t forget about B4.Da.$$ come January 20.
