Watch Butch Walker Battle Death Metal Bikers in ‘Bed on Fire’ Video

His upcoming album 'Afraid of Ghosts' will be out on February 3

Earlier this year, longtime pop-rock writer/producer Butch Walker (Pink, Avril Lavigne) announced his upcoming seventh solo ablum, the Ryan Adams-produced Afraid of Ghosts. In advance of the album, he’s released the single “Bed On Fire,” a slow-burning ballad rife with molasses-coated crooning.

The just-released video for “Bed on Fire” opens with a sun-scorched desert shot, in which a faux-mustachioed Walker lays the corpse of his former lover in his truck with his real life son at his side. Soon after the Walker boys arrive at an outdoor bar to perform, a gang of leather-clad bikers transform into satanic black metal demons and interrupt the show. Sticking to the time-honored tradition of western-themed flicks, a drunken fight ensues.
