Since releasing her pop-art masterwork My Everything back in August, Ariana Grande has turned out a bombastic track for Lorde’s star-studded Mockingjay soundtrack, and planned (but then scrapped) a rework of the “The Boy is Mine,” as well a couple of strange videos for the singles from that record. But none of those clips have been as intimate and stripped-down as the new acoustic performance clip for her collaboration with the Weeknd “Love Me Harder.” Featuring no accompaniment other than a single acoustic guitar, the ex-Nickelodeon star and singer Abel Tesfaye turn out a stark rendition of the otherwise sensual track. You can catch the video in full above, which features stunning vocal performances from both of the singers.
