Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds Hit the Roller Derby in ‘Do the Damage’ Video

It's the B-side from their forthcoming album, 'Chasing Yesterday'

Some guys like to watch attractive women mud wrestle. Others prefer wet T-shirt contests. Noel Gallagher and his band of High Flying Birds, however, appear to get their jollies from women’s roller derby. In their new video for “Do the Damage,” directed by Gallagher favorite Mike Bruce, two roller derby teams go head to head (or is it foot to foot?) while a smarmy playboy who resembles Richard E. Grant in Spice World two-times the leader of each derby crew. Angry girls smack each other around in the rink, and “Richard” cackles from the sidelines like the bad bro he is. Watch the clip via DIY, and look out for Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds’ new album, Chasing Yesterday, when it drops on March 2 via Sour Mash Records.
