Stream Burial’s New One-Off Song, ‘Lambeth’

It's an old track that's now part of a record label anniversary release

Tomorrow, Hyperdub will release 10.4, the latest in their series of anniversary compilation releases. As heavily rumored, Burial makes an appearance on the album with a hard-edged new song called “Lambeth,” a three-minute long track that the producer apparently created years ago but is only now seeing an official, high quality release.

If nothing else, it makes us hungry for new material from the usually elusive British producer. “Lambeth” is a blurry-eyed, plunking dance track that never lets go of its haunting grip, similar to the songs from Burial’s 2013 EP, Rival Dealer. Stream the new song below.
