The War on Drugs Light Up ‘Conan’ With ‘Burning’ Performance
But Sun Kil Moon's Mark Kozelek hasn't given his trolling two cents yet
The War On Drugs have been in the news a lot recently because of Sun Kil Moon’s Mark Kozelek’s apparent vendetta against them, so the Philadelphia band probably enjoyed it Thursday night when they appeared on Conan to play music rather than engage in the dumbest battle of the century. They played “Burning,” a smooth and plaintive cut off of their fantastic third album Lost in the Dream, which SPIN named one of the best albums of 2015 so far. You can watch the performance above while we wait for Kozelek’s inevitable trolling response to WoD’s late night appearance.
