Disclosure and Mary J. Blige’s ‘F for You’ Sounds Even Better Live
The two artists wowed the 'Kimmel' audience with their disco collaboration
Disclosure and Mary J. Blige continued their wonderful and somewhat unexpected musical alliance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night. The Queen of R&B joined the house duo on Kimmel’s outdoor stage to grace the audience with a fun and soulful playing of “F for You.” The team recorded the song together earlier this year for the U.S. deluxe edition to Disclosure’s Settle. Disclosure then returned the favor by producing “Right Now” off of Blige’s upcoming London Sessions.
The nine-time Grammy winner sounded great singing over the duo’s disco beats, and sounded flawless in front of the stage’s bright flashing lights. If Disclosure and Blige want to keep making music that sounds this good together, then we are A-ok with that.
Disclosure also played “When a Fire Starts to Burn,” which you can watch below.
