Taylor Swift Invited a Bunch of Fans Over to Her House to Listen to Her Album

Instead of taking her new album and forcibly putting it into your house, Taylor Swift has taken the opposite tactic and opened up her Los Angeles home to interested listeners. Over the weekend, the “Shake It Off” singer showed off 1989 for a few devoted fans, but it wasn’t just a typical album listening party. According to MTV, as well as a slew of Polaroids posted to Twitter, Swift invited a slew of superfans over for a five-hour celebration of the new record.

There were cookies and dancing and cats and polaroids, just about everything you might expect from an afternoon at the Swift residence. Check out all the pictures below, and as a bonus, catch a video of her cat Meredith Grey, whom all these people presumably got to hang out with.
