Iggy Azalea Previews a New Song With Charli XCX in London

Iggy Azalea Charli XCX London New Song Preview Live Fancy

Iggy Azalea knows the best way to rebound from an awful week is to stir up some interest in something other than her alleged sex tape and subsequent lawsuit. At the Australian rapper’s headlining concert in London last night, Iggy premiered a piece of a new track supposedly called “Beg For It,” which also features her “Fancy” partner and British pop singer Charli XCX on the chorus. Their new song has definite callbacks to pieces of “Fancy,” a smart move if the pair wanted to spin that song’s success out a little longer.

In the short clip, you can hear Iggy shouting her now trademark “I-G-G-Y” before bragging about her body, rapping “and my waist slim, ass fat, you gotta have it.” Charli, whose album Sucker comes out next month, hops on the song’s clubby chorus, singing “Imma make you beg / Imma make you beg for it… You’re going home alone.”

It’s a pretty tantalizing peak at the single, which is rumored to be on the “Black Widow” rapper’s upcoming New Classic re-release. Last night, Iggy also played a preview of a song “Cheeks” that was originally intended to make her debut album’s track list but never materialized. Check out both songs below.
