Arcade Fire added another cover to their vast repertoire last night with a version of the Back to the Future song “Back in Time.” Will Butler did his best Huey Lewis before handing things back over to Win for the Reflektor track “Here Comes the Night Time.” Unlike many of the covers they’ve done on this tour, this one doesn’t appear to have any geographical significance (unless there’s something about Edmonton, Alberta we don’t know) so maybe they’re just trying to score an endorsement deal for those hoverboards that Doc Brown was peddling a while back.
