The Faint Get Wild in Raucous, Punk-Fueled ‘Scapegoat’ Video

The Faint Scapegoat Video

After a four-year hiatus, the Faint launched a comeback in 2012, followed with a Coachella set last year, and then dropped their first new album in six years this past spring. Now the Nebraska dance-punks release a new music video for “Scapegoat,” from that very LP Doom Abuse, that’s a pretty simple and perfect representation of the song’s raucous energy. Seen above, via Stereogum, the band tears up a basement party as time stops and the camera moves through the crowd, capturing images of pure, unadulterated DIY-style shreddery. It’s over and done with in two minutes, so you probably have time to watch it twice.
