Hear Kevin Morby’s Wistful Instrumental ‘We Did It All Wrong’

Kevin Morby
The Babies singer/Woods bassist Kevin Morby doesn’t need words to tell a story on his lastest solo track, the stripped-down “We Did It All Wrong.” The Kansas City native’s instrumental begins with slow, melancholy strumming before the tempo speeds up to do away with the heartache. After a brief pause, Morby starts over with his warm, upbeat acoustic guitar as subtle strings resonate in the background. The somber-yet-hopeful song serves as the B-side to the moody “My Name,” his upcoming 7″ single, which is due out August 5 by way of Suicide Squeeze Records.

Listen to “We Did It All Wrong” below, and pre-order the record at Suicide Squeeze Records.
