Zeds Dead are in a collaborative mood. The Canadian electronic duo recently snuck a coffee break with the similarly named Zedd, and as Pitchfork reports, they’ll release a guest-stacked EP titled Somewhere Else on July 1 via Mad Decent. The record includes appearances by Perry Farrell, Sean Price, and others; on the rubbery dance-pop track “Lost You,” they team up with Twin Shadow — the synth-pop crooner of Confess acclaim — and D’Angelo Lacy, who has worked with him before.
