No doubt, there’s a lot of game and hustle in Kevin Spacey’s Frank Underwood. There’s the cunning and romantic drama provided by his wife Claire (the incredible Robin Wright), and also a well-defined weakness for booze and weed in Congressman Peter Russo (Corey Stoll).
