Here Is a Tiny Record Store Made from Legos, You’re Welcome

LEGO Record Store Shop Model Vinyl Miniature

Sadly, the tiny record shop you see above isn’t a prefab kit made by the good folks of Lego. Impressively, it’s a DIY concoction dreamed up by Flickr user Eldeeem, who clearly has a knack for creating his own miniature scenes using the iconic building blocks and their funky little people. Shared by The Brothers Brick, an eight-years running “LEGO blog for adult fans of LEGO,” the work above lovingly recreates an independent music shop using printed 2X2 tiles to represent in-sleeve vinyl, circular tiles as picture discs, and 1X1 squares as CDs. We see a P.A., a boombox, a turntable, and even an RIAA-style “gold pack.” Oh, and the blue milk crate in the foreground is a touch of inspired genius. The people at Record Store Day should get involved with this.
