50 Cent Pleads Not Guilty to Kicking Ex-Girlfriend, Breaking Her Chandeliers

50 cent domestic violence daphne narvaez ex-girlfriend not guilty plea

50 Cent pleaded not guilty to charges of domestic violence and vandalism against Daphne Narvaez, his ex-girlfriend and, she claims, the mother of one of his children. According to the AP, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Bernard J. Kamins ordered the rapper, a.k.a. Curtis Jackson, to stay away from Narvaez, not to contact her, to get rid of any firearms he owns, and not to prevent any witnesses from appearing in court.

The 38-year-old Jackson allegedly went on a rampage in June at Narvaez’s Toluca Lake condo, apparently enraged by the notion that she might be in another relationship. According to the model, he destroyed a bunch of furniture before she locked herself in her bedroom. He then allegedly kicked in the door and kicked her. Jackson was gone by the time police arrived and found broken chandeliers, a television, and furniture totaling $7,100 in damages. He’s charged with misdemeanor domestic violence and four counts of vandalism, and faces up to five years in jail and a $46,000 fine.

Following the hearing, Fiddy made a beeline for his SUV. A process server attempting to deliver papers to the rapper only managed to tuck them to the windshield of the car before it drove off, blown away in the process. The contents of the documents remain unknown.

Jackson is due back in court September 4 for a pre-trial hearing.
