When Bleached first unveiled “Dead in Your Head,” the breakup tune instantly felt more sullen than the California sisters’ usual beach-ready output. To wit, singer-guitarist Jennifer Clavin cues the chorus by singing, “I never wanted to lose the boy I love the most.” Now the noise-rock duo have paired the bummed-out track with one bad acid trip of a video. Directed by Steven Andrew Garcia, the LSD-haunted visual oozes with queasy color changes, skulls floating through the air, and a heartbroken woman asking about “all the things dead in your head.”
