Watch Kurt Cobain, JFK, and the Joker Announce Fall Out Boy’s Fall Arena Tour

fall out boy, save rock and roll tour

Fall Out Boy are set to Save Rock and Roll on April 16 with their first new full-length since 2008’s Folie à Deux, and the reunited emo-pop outfit have just announced a North American arena tour in support of the upcoming effort. Always ones for theatrics, FOB unveiled their fall live schedule with a quick-cut video that uses audio snippets from Kurt Cobain, George Carlin, John F. Kennedy, Heath Ledger’s Joker, Gene Simmons, Ellen DeGeneres, Madonna, and more, including Elton John and Courtney Love, both of whom are guesting on Save Rock and Roll.

Pete Wentz, Patrick Stump, and the rest of the crew are currently in the midst of a festival-heavy worldwide spring and summer tour, but the From Under the Cork Tree foursome will hit U.S. soil on September 5 for a gig at Connecticut’s Mohegan Sun Arena. Fall Out Boy will spend the rest of the month on the road, finishing up their North American trek on September 29 at Florida’s USF Sun Dome. Tickets for the band’s fall tour go on sale on April 5 and 6.
