We’re sorry that you’re experiencing problems with SPIN Play. Here are a few tips to help you out:

1) Be sure that you are running the most up-to-date version of SPIN Play.

2) Try restarting SPIN Play – you’ll need to make sure that it quits running in the background. If you’re not sure how to do this, just close SPIN Play and then double-click the home button on the iPad. When the tray at the bottom of the display pops up, you should see the SPIN Play icon. Tap and hold the icon until it begins to wiggle, and then press the minus (-) symbol.

3) Restart your iPad.

4) Make sure that you’re connected to an active wireless network.
