EXCLUSIVE: Live Video from Circa Survive

Philly rockers Circa Survive have been touring furiously behind their third studio album, Blue Sky Noise, which debuted at No. 11 on the Billboard 200 back in April. As they wrapped up dates in the U.K., the band shot a raw live video exclusively for SPIN.com, featuring a unique performance of their latest single “I Felt Free.” Watch below!

The video opens with lead singer Anthony Green strumming an acoustic guitar as he walks down an English alley. “Forever seems so far away,” he croons before the clip leaps into plugged-in footage from one of the band’s U.K. gigs. Bolstered by Circa Survive’s beefy riffs, the crowd screams the song’s the final chorus when Green offers up the microphone.

Circa Survive — who offered an entirely different sound when they played an acoustic set at SPIN earlier this year, during which they covered Nirvana’s “Dumb” — kick off an extensive U.S. headline tour October 15 at Webster Theatre in Hartford, CT. Check out the rest of their upcoming dates below.
