Local Natives Play Surf Lodge in Montauk!

This past Sunday in the beachy town of Montauk, New York, the Surf Lodge hosted Los Angeles-based outfit Local Natives.The intimate concert was part of the Surf Lodge Summer Music Series, presented by Havaianas and SPIN.

Performing at sunset on the Surf Lodge’s deck overlooking Ford Pond, the band played a full set of songs from their debut album Gorilla Manor. Just one day prior, Local Natives sold out a 3,500-capacity concert at Governors Island in New York City.

Havaianas also set up shop at the Surf Lodge with a pop-up store that featured on-site beach towels and colorful flip flops for the event’s 200 plus attendees. Guests staying at the Surf Lodge received special in-room gift bags, courtesy of SPIN and Havaianas.
