This past weekend (Nov. 20-21), pro skaters and surfers gathered in Paris to kick off the 40th anniversary of the Quicksilver brand at the Grand Palais. The event featured two days of skateboarding, music, art, and fashion.

The event culminated in a skateboarding performance by legend Tony Hawk followed by a concert featuring Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington's new project, Dead By Sunrise (pictured here), and a DJ set by Mix Master Mike.

The massive event included a 40-year fashion retrospective inside the venue, and a skate ramp open to the public painted by graffiti artist André.
