Well, what do you know, it appears Amy Winehouse‘s notorious aversion to rehab has faltered; in light of recent video evidence — which police confiscated yesterdayand are currently examining — showing the nightingale’sdebauchery-ridden lifestyle complete with crack smoke, cocaine, andecstasy, she’s finally given in. “Amy decided to enter the facilitytoday after talks with her record label, management, family, anddoctors,” explained a statement. “She has come to understand that sherequires specialist treatment to continue her ongoing recovery fromdrug addiction and prepare for her planned appearance at the GrammyAwards.” [Via] Artist of the Day alums, New York-based popsters the XYZ Affair, will hit the road this winter in continual support of their independently released full-length debut, A Few More Published Studies. The 25-date outing will kick off with a hometown gig Feb. 15 alongside Sam Champion and Drug Rug, and hit SXSW with four days of back-to-back gigs.
