Odd., Panic at the Disco (now sans !) will tote Motion City Soundtrack, the Hush Sound, and Phantom Planetaround the U.S. on the Honda Civic Tour. Well, what do you know, it appears Amy Winehouse‘s notorious aversion to rehab has faltered; in light of recent video evidence — which police confiscated yesterdayand are currently examining — showing the nightingale’sdebauchery-ridden lifestyle complete with crack smoke, cocaine, andecstasy, she’s finally given in. “Amy decided to enter the facilitytoday after talks with her record label, management, family, anddoctors,” explained a statement. “She has come to understand that sherequires specialist treatment to continue her ongoing recovery fromdrug addiction and prepare for her planned appearance at the GrammyAwards.” [Via NME.com]

SPIN.com Artist of the Day alums, New York-based popsters the XYZ Affair, will hit the road this winter in continual support of their independently released full-length debut, A Few More Published Studies. The 25-date outing will kick off with a hometown gig Feb. 15 alongside Sam Champion and Drug Rug, and hit SXSW with four days of back-to-back gigs.
