Having already treated fans earlier this spring with the deluxe edition of their seminal 1997 release The Colour and the Shape, Foo Fighters are quick to offer some additional material — this time, fresh new tunes. Echoes, Silence, Patience, and Grace, the quartet’s first release since 2005’s multi-platinum double-disc In Your Honor and sixth long-player to date, is slated to drop September 25th via RCA/Roswell, and marks the Foos’ first collaboration with producer Gil Norton since his studio wizardry behind The Colour and the Shape. A tracklisting for the forthcoming LP has been unveiled, but a sequence is yet to be determined.
