Garage rock punkers Black Lips have confirmed a fall tour of the U.S., kicking off Sept. 12 in their hometown, Athens, GA, Pitchfork reports. The band, also hitting the boardwalks of New York City this summer, will then, along with opener and fellow Athenians the Selmanaires, head north and stop through cities like Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, and Toronto. Next, Black Lips will head south through the America’s midsection, hitting Cleveland, Milwaukee, and Kansas City before rolling into Texas and New Orleans.

California-based foursome Cold War Kids will prep audiences on select dates of the White Stripes’ Icky tour this fall. Following Grinderman’s opening gig in July, Cold War Kids will rendezvous with the White Stripes Sept. 19 in Inglewood, CA before trekking alongside Jack and Meg White on 14-date jaunt of mostly West Coast and Midwest dates including appearance in cities like Seattle, Boise, Salt Lake City, and Chicago.
