In preparation, imminent festival attendees, jealous bloggers, and industry insiders are packing their bags, mulling over the potential accessories of an award winning campsite, exploring festival performers’ tunes, and heading down south by train, plane, and automobile. But one topic of note: the festival’s weather forecast.
