Tour Updates: Klaxons, Man Man

Klaxons have announced another round, albeit brief, of stateside new rave dance terror. Having completed a North American tour just last month, the Brit electro rockers will again cross the ocean, thanks to the U.S.’s undying thirst for their heated dance escapades, and glide through a six-date outing. The mini-tour, kicking off July 10 in Los Angeles — the love den of guitarist Simon Taylor and CSS’ Lovefoxxx — will then ascend the West Coast, stopping through San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle, then make the leap to Chicago and cap July 16 at Minneapolis’ Varsity Theater.

Klaxons tour dates:

7/10, Los Angeles, CA (El Rey Theatre)
7/11, San Francisco, CA (Great American Music Hall)
7/12, Seattle, WA (Chop Suey)
7/13, Portland, OR (Doug Fir Lounge)
7/15, Chicago, IL (Pitchfork Music Festival)
7/16, Minneapolis, MN (The Varsity Theater)

On the heels of a jaunt opening for Modest Mouse, Philadelphia-born experimental set Man Man have announced a handful of performances throughout June and July, Pitchfork reports. The nine-date outing, kicking off June 25 in Columbia, SC, will hit southern outposts like Orlando, Miami, and Athens before returning to the north, stopping through Brooklyn, Akron, OH, and Chicago before concluding July 29 in Bloomington, IN.

Man Man tour dates:

6/25, Columbia, SC (Headliners)
6/26, Orlando, FL (Back Booth)
6/27, Miami, FL (Studio A)
6/28, Tampa, FL (Orpheum)
6/29, Athens, GA (40 Watt Club)
7/1, Brooklyn, NY (McCarren Park Pool)
7/27, Akron, OH (The Lime Spider)
7/28, Chicago, IL (Wicker Park Summer Fest)
7/29, Bloomington, IN (Bluebird)
