Tour Update: Interpol

In support of their new album, NYC rockers slate additional shows for summer.

Possibly due to a searing sunburn received during last month’s scorching Coachella festival, shadowy downtown outfit Interpol have added 12 mostly indoor U.S. dates to the band’s previously announced summer tour in support of Our Love to Admire, Interpol’s third studio album out July 10 via Capitol. The tour, kicking off July 19 in the U.S. at Rochester, NY’s Harro East Ballroom following the band’s extensive tour of Europe, will lead the sharply-dressed quartet to Atlantic City and Norfolk, VA before hitting inland metropolises such as Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Columbus, Grand Rapids, and Detroit. The jaunt will wrap Aug. 3 in Covington, KY’s Madison Theatre.

Interpol tour dates:

7/19, Rochester, NY (Harro East Ballroom)
7/20, Atlantic City, NJ (Music Box @ Borgata)
7/21, Norfolk, VA (Norva)
7/23, Cleveland, OH (House of Blues)
7/24, Pittsburgh, PA (Byham Theater)
7/25, Columbus, OH (The LC Ampitheatre)
