New York Dolls, We Are Scientists, and Matt and Kim as well as Black Lips, Dr. Dog and Noisettes have been named as performers for this summer’s Siren Music Festival, the seventh annual installment held by local weekly the Village Voice, slated for July 21 at New York City’s Coney Island. Lavender Diamond, the Detroit Cobras, Elvis Perkins, and the Twilight Sad will also brave what has historically been a horrendously humid day and perform in the land of carnies, franks, and ridiculously sized mixed drinks. We’ll see you on the boardwalk!
