Bonnaroo Producers Buy Festival Site

Bonnaroo producers, Superfly Productions and A.C. Entertainment, are in the final stages of buying 530 acres of the festival site outside of Manchester, TN, Billboard.com reports. Original landowner Sam McAlister has been in negotiations with the two concert producers for over six months. In addition to building permanent structures including stages and water, bathroom, and food facilities, the site would also host other concerts and festivals in the near future, Superfly President Jonathan Mayers revealed to Billboard. The festival producers will continue to lease the remaining 300 acres for the annual music event set to go down this June 14-17.
