Bobby Bare Jr. Announces U.S. Tour

After recording eleven songs in eleven hours with eleven different musicians (including members of My Morning Jacket and …And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead) for The Longest Meow, Bobby Bare Jr. is set to headline select U.S. dates. The Nashville singer/songwriter will kick start the tour Jan. 11 (intentionally?) in Portland, Ore., and will hit cities like Seattle, Chapel Hill, and Atlanta before finishing up Jan. 27 in Knoxville, Tenn. Along the way, he’ll open up two dates for Andrew Bird (Jan. 14 in Indianapolis and Jan. 15 in Cleveland) and is then slated to co-headline a trek across Western states in March with Dr. Dog.
