Killers Craft Christmas Track

First Billy Idol, now Brandon Flowers! The race to supplant Bing Crosby is totally on.

He doesn’t look a thing like Tony Bennett, but he sings like a gentleman, like you remember when you were young. The Killers, and croontastic frontman Brandon Flowers, will leave their own present under your Christmas tree this year with their version of “A Great Big Sleigh,” which will be available on iTunes, NME reports. Recalling holiday faves recorded by George Michael and John Lennon, Flowers told NME he hopes the holiday season helps him remember “to have fun and enjoy things and be nice to people.” While Flowers’ desire to “be nice to people” probably won’t result in a Bing Crosby-David Bowie style duet with Panic! at the Disco’s Brendon Urie, it will yield the release of “A Great Big Sleigh” on December 6.
