PJ Harvey’s Peel Sessions

Joining a list of artists that include Pulp and Siouxsie and the Banshees, Polly Jean Harvey’s Peel Sessions will be compiled into a new album. PJ Harvey – The Peel Sessions 1991-2004 will be released via Island Records Oct. 31, and it’s one of several commemorative events marking the second anniversary of influential BBC broadcaster John Peel’s death. Harvey chose all twelve career-spanning tracks, from her early ’90s break-out songs like “Sheela-Na-Gig” to staples from her most recent release, like Uh Huh Her‘s “You Come Through.”
