Kanye West is engaged to his longtime girlfriend, according to reports. The rapper, 29, proposed to girlfriend Alexis (who was with West prior to his 2002 near-fatal car accident) while overseas recently, reports People magazine. This will be the first marriage for the Late Registration rapper. A spokesperson for West did not immediately return a request for comment.
