Peek Inside Sparta’s Studio

This Texas four-piece posted a video podcast on their website to give fans a look into what recording their third album was like.

Sparta’s third release, aptly titled Threes, may not be out until October 10, but the Texas quartet have provided a glimpse into the new album’s sound and recording process via a video podcast they posted on their website today. The home video-style footage follows the band as they hit the studio, break in between sessions, fiddle on their laptops, and even sleep. It also features an exclusive peek at Eme Nakia, a short film companion to the album that’s based on drummer Tony Hajjar’s childhood wherein he fled from war-torn Beirut to El Paso, Texas.
