T.I. to Resume U.S. Tour

One week after the shootout that left his personal assistant dead and three other members of his entourage injured, T.I. has announced plans to resume his U.S. tour. He will also reschedule a gig that had been set for last Wednesday (May 3) in St. Louis, according to the Associated Press.

The shootout occurred following an after-hours party at the Cincinnati Club Ritz for T.I. and fellow Atlanta rapper, Yung Joc. A group of men followed T.I.’s vans out of the parking lot and onto Interstate 75 where the shooting took place. The incident left T.I.’s assistant, Philant Johnson, dead and a woman, a driver, and a bodyguard injured.

As of Monday, police said they had no new leads in the shooting.
