After seven years of marriage, the couple announced they were breaking up, saying that they have been separated for some time now, but have been living under the same roof.
“Kimora and I will remain committed parents and caring friends with great love and admiration for each other,” Simmons said, according to Reuters.
Simmons says the couple will continue to work together in their shared business ventures, including fashion lines.
