The Foo Fighters singer and his frontwoman welcomed Violet Maye Grohl (named in Dave’s grandmother’s honor) on Saturday, April 15 at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. Young Violet — who weighed in at six pounds, 15 ounces and measured 21 inches long — joins the ranks of other celebrity offspring born this spring, including Tom and Katie’s daughter, Suri Cruise, and Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s son, Moses Martin.
